Our approach
We teach the BBN approach (Bandvefslosun með Bowen nálgun) — practical bodywork built on Tom Bowen’s ideas, adapted for therapists who want clearer assessment and targeted touch.
Mild, precise work that respects tissue response. Often one or a few well-chosen movements are enough to invite the body’s response — when that is appropriate.
